Villa MaBri is located in the pittoresk village of Berrias-et-Casteljau, about 12km from the lively Les Vans and about 21km from the well known Vallon-Pont-d’Arc.
Wether you want to relax by the private pool, drink a glass of delicious wine of the region on the terrace or want to enjoy a game of petanque with a famous Pastis in your hand: you name it!

About Villa MaBri
Villa MaBri has 4 large bedrooms: 3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, kitchen with separate utility area, a large terrace partly covered, private pool (10mx5m), poolhouse with extra toilet and a large fenced garden with petanque-field.
Ofcourse your loyal 4-legged friend of the family is welcome too, he or she has earned a relaxing holiday too!

January / February / March / April: 900 € / week
May: 950 € / week
June: 1150 € / week
July / August: 1800 € / week
September: 1150 € / week
October / November / December: 900 € / week
Final cleaning: 100 €
Pet surcharge: €25
Tourist tax is calculated on the total amount of the stay and will be shown on the offer
Electricity: advance of 60 € / week
Consumption is monitored with a separate kWh meter. The calculation from the actual consumption and the remaining amount is refunded or invoiced
Guarantee: 750 € per reservation
Shorter stays are possible on request if availability allows.
